The classic mold construction, in which casting compounds are used, is very complex. Modern CNC machining makes it possible to mill almost all desired tools into shape at a comparatively low cost. However, it becomes cost-intensive if many deep-drawing tools of the same type are required for a product. We have already developed a sustainable, innovative process for this purpose.

You provide us with a negative mold. Using our special technology and many years of experience, we use it to manufacture structurally identical porous compacts that can be incorporated into the production process immediately without post-processing. Depending on the type of tool, InForming pays for itself after 3-4 reproductions.
